WHAT TO EXPECT

Assessment
A full body examination is done to assess the target problems. From there, the Chiropractor will explain any issues and help you choose options for treatment.

Massage
A handheld massage machine is used before treatment to improve circulation and blood flow and to warm up the muscles and help relax the body ready for Chiropractic adjustments.

Treatment
Once the problem area's are identified. We discuss with you the appropriate treatment and walk you through the adjustment process. We want to arm you with the knowledge you need to get a full and lasting recovery. Sometimes solutions are simple and will just need minor adjustments and other times it may take a few more treatments.
